Salary

- Starting from 12.70 per hour, 26,416 per annum pro rata (depending on experience and qualifications)

Hours

- 17.5 hours per week | Mon-Fri | Permanent

We're looking for an early years assistant to join our wonderful Southam nursery on a part time basis working 20 hours a week to cover out lunch time period. This Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' day nursery is based in the village of Southam and has cosy age based rooms with sensory corners, excellent resources and lots of space for imagination and play!

The Role




As an Early Years Assistant, you will work as part of a team to look after babies and children up to the age of 5. You will have adventures with our children through interactive play, activities, reading, and encouraging their curious minds - supporting colleagues with each child's development towards their key milestones.

What we're looking for



Previous experience working with children ideal but not essential - Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
