We're now looking for a

dynamic Early Years Manager

to lead our [Location] nursery. This is your chance to be at the centre of it all -- driving excellence in childcare, leading a motivated team, and working hand-in-hand with our

Business Manager

to ensure the nursery runs smoothly day in, day out.

What You'll Do

Take full responsibility for daily nursery operations Lead, inspire and develop a dedicated team of practitioners Work closely with the Business Manager on staffing, budgets and compliance Build brilliant relationships with families and the local community Deliver outstanding EYFS practice and ensure Ofsted standards are exceeded Create a safe, fun and nurturing environment where every child flourishes
What We're Looking For

Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum) Experience as a Manager or Deputy Manager in early years Confident leadership and people skills - you bring out the best in others Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements Paediatric First Aid & Safeguarding (or willingness to refresh)
