As an Early Years Nursery Apprentice, you will become an integral part of our dedicated team, providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. This apprenticeship offers you the chance to learn and apply best practices in nurturing children's growth and development in a stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play. Support children's social, emotional, and physical development. Engage with children and encourage them to express themselves. Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming nursery environment. Work collaboratively with families to foster strong relationships. Observe and record children's progress and contribute to individual development plans.
This apprenticeship offers both practical experience and a pathway to a recognised qualification in early years education.
Requirements
A strong passion for working with young children and supporting their development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Previous experience with children is an advantage but not essential. Must be prepared to undergo a DBS check.
