Are you interested in starting a career within the early years sector? Brishing Barn Nursery is based in a beautiful, unique Grade 2 listed building located in the heart of Boughton Monchelsea. We are looking for new to role practitioners to complete their level 2 qualification with us. Alternatively if you already have your level 2 and would like to complete your level 3 with us please get in touch.

```Duties```
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum for children in the early years
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualised attention and support to meet the needs of each child
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and behavior
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the program

```Requirements```
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues

- Maths and English can be completed alongside apprenticeship
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children

The employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
