Summary

As the Nursery Manager at Kinderview Children's Day Nursery, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our nursery. This position is essential in fostering a safe, engaging, and educational environment for young children while leading a team of dedicated childcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Lead and support a team of childcare staff in delivering high-quality care and education. Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote children's learning and development. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to foster strong relationships and provide updates on children's progress. Monitor children's health, safety, and well-being in accordance with best practices. Conduct staff training sessions to enhance professional development within the team.

Requirements

Proven experience in early childhood education and leadership at a senior level. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A relevant qualification in early years at least to Level 3. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
