Early Years Apprentice

to join our team. You'll work with children aged

6 months - 4 years

, learning new skills every day while studying for your

Level 3 Early Years Educator

qualification.

What We're Looking For

?

We'd love to hear from you if you are:

Excited to start a career working with young children. Ready to train for your Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (we'll help you along the way). Creative and full of ideas for fun play and activities. Confident chatting with children, parents, and colleagues (or willing to grow into this!). Reliable, positive, and up for learning new things every day.

? What You'll Be Doing ?

As an Apprentice at Stepping Stones, you will:

Learn how to support children's learning and development through play Join in with planning and delivering fun, exciting activities Work alongside our experienced team and get plenty of guidance to support you along your journey Have time set aside for your training and coursework Build up your skills until you're ready to take on your own Key Person group

A competitive rate of 8.00 per hour Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4.15pm (some flexibility is available)

Extra training time built in as needed within your working hours Two weeks off at Christmas (in line with the Norfolk County Council school calendar). Free parking Fun staff days out & "treat days" Clear career progression - with the chance to interview for a permanent role when you qualify Support and encouragement from a caring, skilled team

What You'll Need

?

GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade 4/C or above) - needed to start your Level 3 course Willingness to attend training sessions and meetings with your tutor An enhanced DBS check (we'll help you with this) A genuine love of working with children and the drive to keep learning
