Who we are

Bunny Run, currently rated Ofsted Good, are a fantastic, family run nursery that has been established for over 30 years. We are a busy 140 place setting in a large area of beautiful woodland in rural Hellingly. We have 5 fantastic acres of private woodland, consisting of many play areas including our very own forest school. We are divided into three groups; babies, nursery school, and preschool. Each group have their own woodlands and gardens. We are one of the largest independent nurseries in East Sussex and have strong connections within the local community.

What we are looking for

If you like being busy, on the go, and outdoors, then this is the position for you. You need to be an enthusiastic and motivated individual, who has a passion for developing young children. You should have previous experience in looking after children from 6mths- 4 years within a nursery environment. It is important you can provide a kind and caring environment, where children feel nurtured. You need to demonstrate a good knowledge of developing children in line with EYFS and be competent in safeguarding and child protection.

You will be an active key worker responsible for building relationships with both children and families. You must also be competent in child observations and updating online journals, and be able to identify when extra support is needed or early intervention required.

The nursery is open 51 weeks per year, Monday to Friday 7.30am - 6pm. We close between Christmas and New Year.
