We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator Level 5 Apprentice to join a nursery team we are recruiting on behalf of!

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing and developing the potential of young children in a safe and stimulating environment. This position requires a strong commitment to early childhood education, as well as the ability to engage with children effectively.
Candidates
must
already hold an
Early Years Educator Level 3 Qualification
and be able to commit to your apprenticeship for a maximum of
24 months

Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's development across various domains, including social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers on their development.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop a cohesive curriculum that meets the needs of all children in the setting.
Maintain accurate records of children's activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff through effective communication and teamwork.
Manage classroom behaviour by implementing positive discipline strategies that encourage respect and cooperation among children.
Skills
Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire both children and colleagues.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is
essential
.
A solid understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics while fostering an inclusive environment for all children.
Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication within the role.
