About the Role
As an
Operations Manager
, you will play a key strategic and practical role in delivering exceptional quality across our settings. You will oversee multiple sites--supporting teams, leading projects and events, and ensuring best practice is embedded throughout.
Working in close partnership with internal departments, schools, families, and the wider community, you will ensure each setting operates smoothly and aligns with our high standards and the
EYFS framework
and
Ofsted Guidelines
.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations across multiple sites.
Champion best practice and quality standards aligned with EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
Oversee planning and delivery of events, projects, and holiday camp provision.
Manage
financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
with support from the Finance team.
Coordinate and oversee
staff rotas
, deployment, and site compliance.
Support
recruitment, onboarding, and training
, working closely with HR.
Build strong working relationships with schools, parents, and community partners.
Implement strategies to promote well-being and staff development.
Ensure settings are safe, engaging, and ready for daily operations.
