Early Years Practitioner
to join our supportive nursery.
Our beautiful
'Outstanding' nursery
facilities are spacious, purpose built and set in the midst of the countryside, we offer children the chance to grow and develop at one with nature. All our children, from the youngest baby to the most confident four year old, will benefit from the Montessori philosophy.
The successful candidate must be a dedicated practitioner who is motivated and passionate about providing an educational and stimulating environment to help children develop.

Salary
13.00 per hour - 13.50 per hour (depending on hours, qualifications, and experience)
Early Years Practitioner
Responsibilities
Promote positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues
Working as part of a team creating an environment in which children's individual needs are met and high standards of care are provided.
Working alongside practitioners in supporting children's development, participating, planning and setting up activities for a range of children.
Developing successful relationships with children and their families.
Observing and tracking children's development and share this with parent/carers and other professionals.
Supporting children during mealtimes and toilet training.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
Have previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
Demonstrate a strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers
Be eligible to work in the UK
