Salary:
26,000 - 28,080pa

Early Years Practitioner Days/Hours: (Please see below)
40 hours - 4 days a week
Shifts between 7am-6.30pm
51 weeks per year as we close over the Christmas break.
*Please note we cannot accommodate school hours or term time
About the Role
In this role, you will support children's learning and development, following the EYFS standards to create a warm and stimulating environment. You'll work closely with children, parents, and carers, contributing to a high standard of care and education through engaging activities and a commitment to outdoor learning. This position would suit a newly qualified practitioner right up to a super qualified senior practitioner with buckets of knowledge to share.
Early Years Practitioner Responsibilities
Providing the highest level of childcare and early education experiences for all children in the nursery.
Working as part of a passionate staff team and contributing to the running and development of the nursery.
Ensuring that children's learning and development are celebrated with the child and their families.
Using your knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage & child development to plan and implement interest-led, engaging learning activities on a daily basis.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
Have previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
Key person experience, observation writing and report writing skills
Demonstrate a strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers
Be eligible to work in the UK
