Location: Barnes, London, SW13
Salary: 13.50-14.50ph / Up to 28,000pa (depending on qualifications, experience, and age)
Hours: 37 hours across 4 days per week (shifts 8am-6pm with 1-hour lunch)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent, All Year Round

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our outstanding nursery in Barnes. Our nursery provides high-quality childcare in a warm, family-like environment that blends nurturing care with structured learning. Children thrive through play-based activities, songs, games, and engaging weekly themes that build confidence, social skills, and a love of learning.

You will be based in our Toddlers or Babies room, working alongside a dedicated team of early childhood educators who are committed to inspiring, supporting, and guiding children in their development.

About You

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant) Previous nursery practitioner experience (babies or toddlers preferred) Strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice Excellent communication skills for working with parents and carers Eligible to work in the UK
