Early Years Practitioner - 4 Days a Week

Location: Bath, Somerset (BA1)
Salary: 23,400-32,901pa (depending on experience/qualifications)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent, All Year Round
Hours: 36 hours across 4 days (1 rolling day off per week), shifts between 7.30am-6.30pm

Key Responsibilities

Act as a key person, ensuring children's safety, wellbeing, and development Plan and deliver engaging activities following the EYFS framework Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues Promote inclusive practice, supporting children with SEND where required Encourage healthy habits and active lifestyles Contribute to safeguarding and uphold nursery standards

About You

Minimum Level 2 childcare qualification

Proven nursery/early years experience Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding Confident mentoring and coaching skills SEND experience (desirable) Leadership potential with the ability to use initiative Eligible to work in the UK
