We are now seeking a

passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

to join our

toddler room team

of six dedicated staff members, helping to inspire confident, curious, and independent young learners.

Your Role

As an

Early Years Practitioner

, you will:

Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Plan and deliver fun, educational activities aligned with the

EYFS

Promote children's health, safety, and emotional well-being Support a small group of children in achieving their learning milestones

What We're Looking For

Level 3 Early Years qualification

(full and relevant) Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or in an Early Years setting Passion for

child development

and outdoor learning Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to commute to Milford (driver preferred) Eligible to work in the UK with DBS & references
