We're on the lookout for

two full-time Level 3 Early Years Practitioners

to join our

Baby Room team

, supporting the care and development of children aged 0-2 in our first dedicated space for up to 24 babies.

Your Role

As an

Early Years Practitioner in our Baby Room

, you will:

Deliver warm, responsive, and high-quality care to babies aged 0-2 Plan and carry out engaging, developmentally appropriate activities Observe and record children's learning in line with the EYFS Communicate confidently with families and contribute to a culture of trust and care Work closely with the Baby Room Lead and wider team to deliver a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment Embrace the unique opportunities offered by our

About You

You are:

Fun, outgoing, creative

, and genuinely passionate about early years care A

team player

with a warm and professional communication style Comfortable in a busy, active setting and confident caring for young babies Eager to learn and grow as part of a new nursery team Comfortable working to high standards of safeguarding and compliance Minimum

Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent)

in Childcare Newly qualified practitioners are welcome to apply
