A warm and welcoming nursery in the heart of Bristol is looking for a

qualified Baby Room Practitioner

to join its dedicated team. This is a fantastic full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity for someone passionate about supporting babies aged 0-2 in a nurturing, stimulating environment.

Key Details:

4 days per week (Monday-Friday) 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break) Immediate start available Temp-to-perm with the potential for a long-term future

Your Responsibilities:

Create a safe and engaging space for babies aged 0-2 Deliver EYFS-aligned activities that support learning and development Support with feeding, nappy changing, nap times, and daily routines Build trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Maintain high standards of safeguarding and child welfare

Requirements:

Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare (or equivalent) Nursery experience with babies is essential A warm, patient, and nurturing approach Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
