To this end we are looking for a caring and innovative Baby Room Practitioner to join our 0-2 year old Sunshine Room.

Your Role:

A Key person to a small group of children aged 0-2 years. Build a positive and trusting bond with both the children and their families. Ensure all children's care routines are carried out lovingly and effectively e.g. nappy changing, bottles, sleep etc Embrace and deliver Mendip House Nursery Curriculum. Provide meaningful, purposeful and exciting activities. Follow Mendip House routines, Policies & Procedures. Complete each child's Learning Journal and share with parents. Be part of a small team, with good communication and a "Can do" attitude. Ensure children are kept safe and adhere to all Health & Safety policies.

ESSENTIAL:

Level 2 or 3 Full & Relevant Early Years Qualification

DESIRABLE:

Pediatric First Aid (or willing to complete) Food Hygiene (or willing to complete) Basic Child Protection (or willing to complete)

Hours & Pay:

Full time, 41.5 hours per week. Shifts between 8am - 6pm

Monday - Friday, all year round. Half day of each week.

Pay: as detailed in description.
