Salary: 19,636.5 per annum (13.25 per hour)

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, All year round - 7:45am start

Your Role as a Level 2 Practitioner:

As a valued member of our team, you'll:

Deliver outstanding practice and tailored activities to support children's development. Provide engaging, age-appropriate experiences in line with EYFS requirements. Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for every child. Implement a strong key person approach to build secure attachments. Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the setting. Support children's welfare, comfort, and always safeguarding. Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and effective teamwork. Maintain professional relationships and follow all policies and procedures. Attend team meetings to stay informed on priorities, changes, and updates. Benefit from a bespoke induction programme and continuous professional development.

What We're Looking For:

Full and relevant Level 2 qualification in Childcare (Essential) Previous experience working with babies under 2 years old A passion for the outdoors and outdoor learning, with an enthusiasm for forest school activities Strong understanding of child development and the ability to provide purposeful learning experiences Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in working with parents and colleagues Knowledge of and commitment to safeguarding and child protection
