Overview:
A fantastic and rare opportunity has arisen for a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our well established team in the centre of Congleton, Cheshire.
The successful applicant will be highly motivated and passionate about childcare to work in our friendly, home from home environment. You will play a vital role in providing a high standard, nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.
You must be warm and responsive, working flexibly and effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the nursery. The applicant must be available every afternoon, 1pm - 6pm, with possibility of working some occasional overtime.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all children plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning that enables children to progress To effectively deliver the EYFS ensuring that the individual needs and interests of children in the setting are met (in conjunction with other team members) Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of the children at all times Work in partnership with colleagues, parents, and/or carers and other professionals to meet the individual needs of children Make accurate and effective use of assessments, reflecting the needs, interests and stages of development of the individual child Act as a key person to designated children Be confident to lead and delegate tasks

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: 12.21 per hour
