A nurturing and well-established early years setting in Harrow is seeking a

Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner

to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced practitioner who is committed to providing high-quality care and education for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

About the Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development in a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment. You will:

Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework Observe, assess, and record children's progress, contributing to individual learning journeys Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Promote children's independence, emotional well-being, and readiness for school Maintain a safe, clean, and organised learning environment
Candidate Requirements

Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (Essential)

Solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development Experience working with children aged 0-5 in a nursery or early years setting A warm, professional, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for early childhood education
