Early Years Practitioner Level 3
Job Description
Batford Day Care are looking for a passionate and experienced early years practitioner to help support our children as we build strong foundations for their life-long learning journey.
Our setting has large, well-equipped rooms with an amazing outdoor environment for children to play in and explore.
We are looking for someone with patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children!
Previous experience in a childcare setting is essential, full induction and continued support will be provided.

Our opening times are 7.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday, 51 weeks of the year.
Hours available: Full Time (40 hours) and Part Time (please enquire for further details)
Shift examples:
07:30-18:00 (Full Day)
07:30-12:30, 08:00-13:00, 12:00-18:00, 12:30-18:00 (Half Day)
Annual Salary 27,225.00 (Full Time 40 Hours)

Qualification required: NVQ Level 3 Childcare or equivalent

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality childcare and support to children in early years settings, ensuring their safety and well-being. Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning and development in line with early childhood education standards. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, and participate in ongoing training and professional development. Assist with daily routines, including meal times and outdoor play, while promoting a nurturing and stimulating environment.
