Job Description

We are looking for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to work either 37.5 hours a week full time or 37.5 hours per week Term Time Only (pro rata salary)

Coppice Childcare Shard End (Twinkletots) seeks an energetic and enthusiastic nursery practitioner who is qualified to Level 3 or above to work in our 2-3 Year olds room.

This is an opportunity to join a fantastic, friendly team of like-minded individuals to provide a high standard of childcare. We are looking for an experienced practitioner who loves working with children of this age group and understands care and developmental needs of this age group

Our Nursery is open 7.30am to 6.00pm and you will be working 7.5 hours per day as per rota requirements. We are open all year round and are closed on Bank Holidays and over Christmas.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

The appointed person will :

Have the knowledge and understanding to keep children safe and be confident to implement our safeguarding procedures.

Provide a Key Person role for the children in your care, building an effective parent partnership and meeting children's individual welfare and learning needs.

To have a secure knowledge of meeting the EYFS requirements and work with the team to deliver the curriculum.

To support children in providing exciting play that supports children's interests and next steps to ensure they progress and develop ready for their next stage of development.
