Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework. Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for children. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to build positive relationships. Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies consistently.
Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Early Years or higher. Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
