REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of a Level 3 Early Year's qualification
A secure understanding of the Early Years Foundation stage
An ability to plan for children's learning and development
To take responsibility for a group of key children and record their progress in all seven areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
