We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive and develop essential skills. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the early educational experiences of our children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
Duties
Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a high quality learning experience.
Maintain accurate records of children's development and daily activities.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery setting.
Requirements
Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting.
A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Ability to create engaging learning experiences tailored to individual children's needs.
A commitment to ongoing professional development in early years education.
