Highfields Academy, supported by Vara Sports and Education, is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our school nursery (2-year-old room) and potentially after school club. This position begins as a maternity cover, but for the right candidate there is a strong opportunity to progress into a permanent role within our wider organisation.

About the Role

32.5 hours per week in the Nursery (2-year-old room) Term-time position, paid during school holidays Permanent contract within our organisation Support children through play, routines and early learning Lead small groups and assist in daily activities Support behaviour, transitions and daily routines Work closely with teachers and the Early Years team Contribute to a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
