What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the class teacher with engaging lessons and fun learning activities. Working with children 1:1 or in small groups to boost confidence and progress. Helping maintain a calm, welcoming classroom environment. Sharing feedback with teachers on pupil progress and any concerns. Adapting quickly to different classrooms and routines as you work across various settings. Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting pupils' social and emotional development. Following school policies to ensure the safety, well-being, and happiness of every child.

What We're Looking For

Experience working with children, ideally in a school or EYFS setting (volunteering counts!). A warm, positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children's education. Great communication skills and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team. Strong organisation and the flexibility to adapt to different teaching styles and environments. An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one and join the Update Service).
