Job Description

Cherry Blossom Preschool is on the lookout for a dedicated and organised Level 3 practitioner or an apprentice eager to work towards their level 3 qualification--to join our welcoming team. Main Responsibilities



Support the delivery of high-quality care and education to children in a preschool environment, ensuring their safety and overall wellbeing at all times. Support in the planning and implementation of engaging activities that promote early learning and development, encouraging each child to reach their potential. Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on children's progress and addressing their needs. Work collaboratively with fellow team members to sustain a positive, nurturing atmosphere within the preschool. Support the daily operations of the preschool and participate in ongoing staff training and development initiatives.

Person Specification



Completion of relevant training courses, or willingness to undertake them as an apprentice. A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development. Excellent communication skills, enabling effective engagement with both children and their families. Proficiency in English is essential. All successful applicants must complete an enhanced DBS disclosure. Please note it is a criminal offence to apply for a role involving regulated activity if you are barred from working with children.

Hours



We are looking for between 20-30 hours per week (negotiable) All year round.
