Full-time 5 days 8am to 6pm

We are a small, well-established nursery set in a beautiful countryside location near Cobham, KT11, seeking a

qualified Early Years Practitioner

(minimum Level 3) with at least

2 years' experience

to join our dedicated team.

About the Role:

Work with all age groups across the nursery, adapting to their individual needs Take a lead in

preschool preparation

, helping children get ready for school transitions Support and help deliver our

Forest School

ethos - outdoor learning is a core part of our day Support and inspire junior staff and apprentices as a senior team member Liaise with parents, contribute to planning, and support EYFS assessments
What We're Looking For:

Level 3 or above

in Early Years Education (or equivalent)

Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience

in a nursery or early years setting Strong understanding of the

EYFS framework

and child development Enthusiastic about

outdoor learning

and child-led approaches A desire to grow your career and take on more

responsibility

within the team Reliable, proactive, and a great communicator
