Swindon Academy are looking for an ambitious and hard-working individual to join a busy team. The purpose of the role is to lead a team to promote the emotional, physical and educational development of nursery pupils, including those with Special Needs.

We're looking for a
warm, committed and creative EYFS Support Staff member
to join our nursery and reception team - a place where tiny voices grow louder with confidence every day, and no two days are ever the same.
What your day might look like...
Building castles out of cardboard and confidence
Celebrating tiny triumphs (like first words or zipped-up coats)
Supporting individual children - especially those who need an extra hand - to feel seen, supported and safe
Helping the Room Lead with learning activities, creative setups, snack time and adventures into phonics and number play
Creating a classroom that's bursting with joy, routine and belonging
Having meaningful conversations with children and their families
You'll fit right in if you...
Believe that every child deserves to be known, loved and encouraged
Are patient, proactive and naturally nurturing
Can support children's learning as well as their toilet training, social skills and snack negotiations!

Are qualified at Level 2 or 3 in Early Years (desirable but not essential)
