Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team and work Mondays and Tuesdays all year round for 8 hours a day. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare and early childhood education, with the ability to effectively communicate and work well within a nursery setting. Little People of Willow Vale, is a lovely small Montessori nursery tucked away in a quiet road off Uxbridge Road. We have a lovely garden and outdoor learning space, and a very happy long serving team, to work alongside.

Duties

- Provide high-quality care and education for children in the nursery
- Create engaging and age-appropriate activities for children
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills in the nursery setting

Skills

- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred
- Strong drive and passion for working with children
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles
- Ability to manage and supervise children effectively
