Job Description

The Lyme Nursery is looking to recruit a qualified level 3 and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our long and well established team and to lead a small group of children.

We are located in Newcastle-under-Lyme (close to the Royal Stoke hospital) in a beautiful Victorian setting with extensive outdoor play facilities which includes soft play areas, a maze and vast lawned areas for the children to play.

We cater for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

The Nursery has an excellent reputation and we want to maintain the fantastic standards that the Nursery has formed.

Suitable candidates MUST be qualified to level 3 minimum, have a sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and be focussed on delivering excellent standards of care with a natural ability to work as part of a team. Candidates should also:

> Have a happy & smiley disposition and be prepared to have fun on a daily basis.

> Offer and receive numerous hugs throughout the day.

> Sing Nursery rhymes and dance along with the children.

> Read to the children with passion & enthusiasm.

> Be flexible and always be willing to go above and beyond.

> Be an excellent communicator.

> Finally, be prepared to wear your pyjamas or fancy dress to work on Fundays!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
