We are excited to be expanding our Under 3s' provision and creating a brand new separate Baby Room to accommodate the high demand we have for baby places.



At Bognor Regis Nursery School we believe in providing a warm, engaging environment where children can thrive and develop. We are committed to providing high-quality early years education and care, fostering creativity and curiosity, starting with our youngest children.



We are looking for two passionate and experienced practitioners to join our Baby Room team. In this role, you will work as part of a small team to contribute to the care and development of babies aged 0-2 years, ensuring their safety, happiness, and overall well-being. You will ensure that the highest standards of care and safety are met at all times and that children's development is optimised.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role you will need:


Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent). Experience in working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Passion for early years education and child development. Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
