Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that cater to the individual needs of children. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children in your care. Observe, assess, and record children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive team environment that promotes effective communication and teamwork. Maintain high standards of care and hygiene within the nursery setting. Support children's emotional and social development through positive interactions and guidance. Plan activities that encourage creativity, exploration, and learning through play. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures regarding child safety and welfare.

Requirements

Proven experience in early childhood education or childcare settings, preferably with nursery experience. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine passion for working with children and understanding their developmental needs. Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or childcare. A commitment to ongoing professional development in early years education. Pay: From 12.25 per hour
