LEAP AHEAD NURSERY

is located in the village of Ulceby in a converted barn conversion in a small courtyard of local businesses.

Operating since 2022 we have just developed phase 2 of our site to extend our places for under 3 year olds & are now looking for a dedicated & motivated early years practitioner to join our existing team who will embed the company's ethos around providing a high quality, child-led approach to early years childcare & education. Where holistic opportunities are given for children to develop a lifelong love of learning around the companies educational programme in our Baby & Toddler unit over 3-4 days per week around around 25-30 hrs per week, however planned increases in numbers could increase the working hours if required.

THIS IS NOT A TERM TIME ONLY POSITION & ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BETWEEN THE OPENING. HOURS OF 7.30AM-6PM.

The ideal candidate must have a

minimum level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification

( not Health & Social Care) Must have knowledge of the EYFS, child development & more importantly being an inspiring 'Play Partner' to our children. You must have a great imagination, want to build huge constructions, get messy, dress up, get wet & fly to the moon in a rocket!!!!!

Safeguarding & an up to date Paediatric First Aid certificate is desirable, however full training will be given. A proven desire to promote teamwork within the Leap Ahead 'family', embed a sustainability ethos & a sense of community with everyone who uses the nursery.

The position is to start asap to support the new intake of children. Rate of pay @21 years is 12.50.
