Monitor and track the progress of children with SEND, keeping detailed records and reporting any concerns or developments to the SENDCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator).

Assist in the planning and delivery of activities that are accessible and engaging for children with diverse needs.

Foster a safe and supportive learning environment, promoting the development of social, emotional, and cognitive skills.

Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the children.

Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your knowledge and skills in SEND practice.
