Are you ready to inspire, lead, and shape early years excellence? We're looking for a passionate, experienced practitioner to take the next step in their early years journey and join our team as Early Years Quality Lead.

You will:

- Be a strong, inspiring presence in the 2-5s room.

- Model and champion high-quality, child-centred practice Lead reflective practice and continuous improvement

- Support the team in creating a rich, enabling environment

- Work closely with our leadership team to raise outcomes for children

This role is has been added to our management structure in order to support our Outstanding team in their ever improving practice. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of early childhood education principles, ensuring that each child receives the highest quality of care and education.

You Might Be:

- A confident Room Leader or standout Early Years Educator Passionate about child-led learning and the EYFS

- A natural motivator with great communication skills

- Eager to keep growing and learning

Duties



Create and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the developmental needs of children aged 0-5 years. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support children's development. Support the team in managing daily activities within the nursery, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to. Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and enhance the overall quality of care provided. Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and commitment to continuous improvement in early years education.

Experience



A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is essential. 3 years experience working in the Early Years sector Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are required to effectively engage with children and families. A genuine passion for childcare, with the drive to inspire young learners through creative play and structured activities. Leadership experience within an educational setting would be advantageous but not essential.
