We are seeking a committed and experienced Early Years Centre Lead to join us in striving for excellence. You will empower our motivated team to become a Centre of Excellence through high aspirations and a clear vision for our staff, children and community in which we serve.

The role of Early Years Centre lead will encompass the daily running of the centre, including but not limited to, deployment of staff, overseeing the teaching and learning across the setting, budgeting and resource ordering to improve the offerings for the children. You will work closely with our Director of Education to tailor our curriculum to support your vision for the centre as well as support in the delivery of staff training and development based on the needs that arise.

Some essentials needed within the role:

Level 5 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior early year setting role (e.g., Room Leader, Deputy Manager, Curriculum Lead). Strong working knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and relevant child development theories. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Enhanced DBS check and a strong commitment to safeguarding.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
