Location:

Gelston Manor, PR6 7DT nestled within 3 acres of enchanting woodland

Position:

Full-time over 4 or 5 days | Permanent

Qualification Required:

Level 3 in Early Years Childcare

The Role:

We're seeking a passionate Early Years Room Leader who shares our ethos of nurturing, creativity, and emotional support. You'll lead a team of practitioners with confidence, empathy, and a touch of magic--guiding children through a joyful, enriching early years journey.

Lead a vibrant room of curious minds and compassionate hearts

Plan and deliver inspiring, child-led activities that nurture development

Foster a safe, inclusive, and emotionally supportive environment

Collaborate closely with families, staff, and the wider Gelston community

Support staff well-being and professional development

Embrace outdoor learning through regular woodland adventures

Work alongside our Forest School Teacher

What We're Looking For:



Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (essential)

Proven leadership skills and experience in an early years setting

A deep understanding of child development and safeguarding

Passion for outdoor learning and holistic education

Kindness, creativity, and a strong sense of team spirit
