This specialist school supports pupils in the

Early Years phase

, working with children with a range of complex needs, including autism and learning difficulties. The school is exceptionally well resourced, with facilities designed to support sensory regulation and early development, and places a strong focus on staff training and professional growth.

The school is looking for someone who:

Has experience working within SEN, either as a Teaching Assistant or Support Worker Has a strong understanding of autism and early years development Can adapt activities and support strategies to meet individual learning needs Is dedicated, professional, and demonstrates a clear commitment to SEN practice Works confidently across the classroom team to support pupil progress Is motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive Is resourceful and innovative in their approach Actively wants to develop their skills within education Has strong communication and organisational skills Has the potential to take on additional responsibility and grow within the role

You must:

Be comfortable supporting with personal care where required Be a team player and work collaboratively with class staff Be confident supporting pupils who may present with challenging behaviour
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: 95.00-110.00 per day
