Job Description

Early Years Senior Practitioner Apprenticeship - Level 5 - Hopcroft Childcare

Shoots Training are seeking a motivated, reliable and enthusiastic individual as an apprentice to complete their Level 5 Childcare qualification with Hopcroft Childcare at their Meadows Road setting.

Peapods Henley has the same homely feel as our nursery school in Peppard, offering spacious surroundings using natural materials, to give the same welcoming, friendly atmosphere, that our Peppard families have become so fond of.

Peapods Henley follows the same childcare and education ethos that we promote, in our nursery school in Peppard, in order to maintain the excellent reputation, we have in local primary schools that, "Peapods children are always independent, and have great social skills".

Although we do not have our own private field like the one in Peppard, we do have 2 large enclosed outdoor balconies, giving the children constant access to fresh air play. We also plan to make daily use of the adjacent playground and the woodland nature reserve behind the river & Rowing Museum for forest school sessions.

We have 3, large 4-seater wagons (with canopy & seatbelts) making it easy and safe to take all the children out on adventures and learning activities in the local area.

Peapods opened its doors back in April 2013 after a long journey to find a perfect location to create an individual setting. We aim to provide good quality, accessible childcare and education in a warm, safe, happy environment, where every child is recognised, appreciated and encouraged to reach his/her full potential.
