We are looking for highly motivated and exceptional individuals who are passionate about delivering the highest level in childcare and education within our Outstanding Early Years Nursery and Pre School at Scarisbrick Hall School. This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting Leadership team, focused on nurturing children, driving excellence, and developing an innovative and relevant curriculum and staff team. You would:

- Provide each child with a safe, secure home away from the home environment

- Enjoy teaching and exploring outdoors

- Be an outstanding key person and liaise with parents, carers and senior staff

- Plan, organise and implement a programme of activities to meet the needs of a specific age group

- Work as part of a highly motivated and professional team.

You must: hold a minimum of a NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care Learning and Development or equivalent qualification, be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage, be able to promote good practice and provide outstanding childcare and education, be prepared to upskill and access our progressive training programme to further develop knowledge and skills
