Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Family Hub Team in Nottinghamshire! As we expand our service offer from supporting children aged 0-5 to now include children and young people aged 0-18, we are looking for passionate and experienced individuals to join our growing team.
As an Early Years Specialist Practitioner, you will line manage and lead Early Years Practitioners ensuring the delivery of high-quality evidence-based interventions to support children's development, school readiness, and overall health and wellbeing.
Essential Requirements:
Relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification To hold 5 GCSEs at level A-C (including English) or equivalent and proven ability within a previous work setting
Working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Ofsted Welfare Standards in relation to early years A minimum of five years' experience of working directly with children and families with children under the age of 8 Experience in a supervisory/management role Knowledge and understanding of the Family Hub model Full driving licence and use of a car (a taxi service will be provided where disability precludes this)
