Working Hours : 10 hours per week ( all year around)

Pilgrims Pre-Preparatory School is looking for a caring, motivated and reliable Early Years Support Practitioner to join our warm, professional team.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the day-to-day care of children aged 3 months to 5 years

Preparing meals/snacks and encouraging independence during mealtimes

Supporting sleep routines, personal care, and hygiene procedures

Helping set up, clean and maintain safe, engaging environments for learning and play

Promoting inclusive, curiosity-led learning and wellbeing across the Early Years Foundation Stage

Assisting with transitions, learning activities and key events in the school calendar

Building positive relationships with children, staff and families

We're looking for someone who:

Enthusiastic, caring and approachable with a passion for early years

A strong team player with excellent communication skills

Committed to promoting high standards of care, safeguarding and wellbeing

Flexible and ready to help where needed throughout the day

Ideally holds an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in childcare - though we welcome those with strong experience and a willingness to learn
