Early Years Support Worker
Job Description
We are currently looking for a caring and motivated Support Staff Member to join our welcoming team at our Kingswood nursery, working within our baby room alongside three experienced teachers.
This role plays an important part in enabling our staff to provide more focused support to children with additional needs.
About the Role:
Based in our baby room with children aged under 2
Supporting a team of three teachers
Helping to create a calm, caring, and stimulating learning environment
Providing general support and contributing to daily routines and care
Enabling staff to offer more targeted one-to-one time for our SEND children
Who We're Looking For:
Experience working with babies in a nursery or childcare setting is ideal
A warm, positive attitude and a strong team ethic
Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to make a difference
Job Details:
Part-Time - 20 hours per week
Based at our Kingswood nursery
Immediate or flexible start date available
