We are currently recruiting Early Years Teacher to work at our Alrtincham setting.

We have 6 exceptional Day Nurseries; Broussa, Elmscot, Hale, Woodlands, Chester and Nantwich, as well as 8 Kids Collective Clubs offering before and after school care and holiday clubs.

Main Duties

To take the lead practitioner role to deliver change, improve the quality of their setting and improve the outcomes for children prompting the settings ethos. To demonstrate current knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and that you comply with all areas of the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage prompting high standards of teaching and learning that is individual to all children and promotes the diverse society in which we live Job Requirements; To ensure a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care of the children following the statutory framework at all times To plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and evaluation as required To promote a warm and understanding relationship between staff, children and parents in a stable, relaxed and secure atmosphere. Encourage children in self-help, personal hygiene and acceptable social behaviour in a positive way. Support and guide trainees in developing Good Practice acting as a mentor where required. In order to be considered for this role, you must have experience in one of these areas; nursery teacher, early year's education.
