We are recruiting for an
Ofsted Outstanding primary school in Hailsham
, known across the local area for its exceptional Early Years team and a beautifully designed indoor-outdoor learning environment. Their EYFS phase places strong emphasis on early communication, play-based learning and child-led exploration.They are seeking an
EYFS teacher
who brings energy, creativity and warmth. You will work closely with an experienced EYFS Lead who has built a supportive, forward-thinking team. Continuous provision is strong, and staff collaborate daily to evaluate provision quality and adapt learning opportunities.You'll have access to:
A large outdoor area with mud kitchen, water play and forest school Carefully planned phonics sessions delivered with fidelity A full-time EYFS TA Regular reviews with leadership to support your development
