Early Years Teacher

We are currently looking for a experienced and qualified Early Years Teacher to join our Ofsted Outstanding nursery in Rugby. The successfully candidate will be working in our Stepping Stones Pre School room, alongside our qualified and experienced team.

We are an Ofsted outstanding small nursery in Rugby, who provides high standards of care to children from 6 months to 4 years.

4 full days

8 till 6

with one full day off a week

. 51 weeks a year ( We close for a week at Christmas for Family time)

Qualifications

You must have a level 3

qualification in Childcare,

with 3 years of experience with Pre School aged children Holds a relevant teaching qualification (EYTS/QTS or equivalent) or equivalent recognised early years teaching qualification).
We are looking for someone who is happy to be part of highly qualified team and is interested in the Montessori method of teaching.

The Rugby Montessori Nursery School is committed to safeguarding and protecting the children in our care, you will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure. References will be required prior to starting the job.

Responsibilities and Duties

We would like you to :

Provide a warm, caring and stimulating environment where all our little ones feel safe and happy. Contribute towards planning stimulating activities suitable to the individual needs of the children in your care, Your idea's will be valued and listened to. Work alongside the Room leader and staff team to ensure that the philosophy behind The Rugby Montessori Nursery School is fulfilled. Assist with the day-to-day running of the room, including setting up activities and tidying. Maintain hygiene standards following our policies and procedures. Work as a key person for a group of children, observing and documenting their learning and making sure they reach their development goals. Follow all nursery policies and procedures Ensure children are kept safe following our Safeguarding policies and procedures. To liaise with parents and carers ( Parents as Partners ) and other childcare professionals ensuring that the children's daily routines and developmental needs are met. To help with the smooth and efficient running of the room and nursery
The wage will depend on your experience and qualifications

Interviews will be held w/c 5th January and w/c 12th January

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.30-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
