The role is for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team. The role will be in our Year R/1/2 class starting in September. We are looking for someone who can play alongside children, responding to requests, ideas and suggest possibilities to extend their thinking and model appropriate language and vocabulary. You will be someone who is action-orientated and can use your own initiative to consider additional stimulus to add immediately or the following day. Support with the setting up of enhanced and continuous provision - to create an environment that stimulates curiosity and investigation. You will be skilled at modelling behaviours, thinking aloud and the characteristics of effective learning and raise questions to stimulate ideas and add challenge.
