This is a rewarding opportunity for a warm, observant Early Years Teaching Assistant to support children aged 2 to 5 in a specialist setting. You'll be part of a dedicated early years team that uses play, sensory exploration, and child-led routines to build confidence, independence, and communication in young learners.

Supporting individual and small group learning through play-based, sensory-rich activities
Using visual aids, routines, and hands-on learning to help children access the EYFS curriculum
Encouraging early milestones in language, social interaction, and personal independence

Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom where all children can thrive
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to track progress and plan next steps

Someone able to adapt to individual needs and communicate effectively with both children and colleagues
An advocate for inclusive practice, with sensitivity to the unique needs of every learner
Open to both experienced TAs and those looking to develop their early years skills further
